The double queen room was in excellent condition. very clean and modern for the price excellent value.
Liked having plenty of hot water, a clean room, good tv reception, quiet, friendly management.
Old poor bathroom, shaby room, no breakfast too expensive for the standard
the price was reasonable for the area
Generally pretty basic, nothing to remember. Cable tv pretty lousy w/ basic choice and several channels blurry or snowy or with audio problems
Room quality and Service Good for the price
Operable windows for fresh air
A 6 AM wake-up request rang at 4:15 AM.
The hotel was reasonable for the rate.
There was no beakfest.
Feel very "ripped off" about this hotel. We searched for a hotel in Moab. There was no information that this hotel was actually 1 hour out of Moab. In fact the map of the hotels showed this hotel was in the centre of Moab. I have been using this website extensively around the world for the past two years. This is the first time this has occurred. Not sure if it was the hotel that deliberately supplied the wrong information or the website. I doubt I will use this website again. I don't want to be screwed again.
I wouldn't stay here again. The staff seemed disinterested. I couldn't connect to the wireless and they weren't very interested in helping. When I asked about a restaurant open for breakfast in the morning they didn't know what time it would open or offer to find out either. The property has not been updated for years. The restaurant listed in the hotel information book was closed and appeared to have been out of business for sometime.
Rundown accommodations, outside and in unit. At$90 incl tax, not a good deal. Noisy air cond unit inhibited sleep, yet uncomfortable without it
It is an old motel, where we have stayed several times before (when it was called Triangle h). It is modestly priced and okay, except that the electrical outlets have been precarious every time we have stayed there. This time we had a very bad experience due to guests in adjacent rooms who partied all night. We could not rouse the front desk and finally had to call 911. a patrolman arrived and put a stop to the noise. In the morning the woman at the desk agreed to refund our money, which was only fair.
let me tell you what i didnt like - it was in arkansas and they wouldnt cancel the reservation - i wanted monticello utah - but i had to pay for arkansas too - screwy
Because I booked on line, I overpaid. If I would have just called the motel, I would have received a much better rate. I way over paid. This a very clean older motel. It had all the basics. The TV was very outdated and remote did not work. We were glad that it was clean. The bed was great.
Woke up to no lights and the heater was off. Very cold. Also, cold shower No fault of owners, the wrestling team from school overloaded the circuts
My room didn't have any heat, electricity or hot water. Not sure what was going on. Very old motel, small rooms. Very noisy, could here person in next room snoring all night.
It was the cheapest place in Monticello. The bed was comfortable. The TV selection was okay.
The frig smelled horrible, the airconditioner didn't work and it was very stuffy. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear nose blowing, toilet flushing, coughing (most of the night) , thuds against my wall and water running.
